Beloved daughter of Judy and Robert McGowan and the late Harry Bowman; loving mother of Josh Scott; grandmother of McKenna Scott; sister of Joyce Mariani, Harry Bowman, Jodie Pickel, and Raquel Hoover; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Debra enjoyed the simple things in life, most of all her loving family who will deeply miss her. As per Debra's wishes all services will be private.
