BITTNERJerry LeeAge 69, of Crafton, unexpectedly on Monday, October 3, 2016. Beloved husband of 49 years to Lucy M. (Munro) Bittner. Loving father of Brian P. (Jessica) Bittner and Lee E. (Marie) Bittner; cherished grandfather "Pa J" of Zachary, Samantha, Nathan and Penelope Bittner; son of the late Dwight and Clarice Bittner. Jerry was an avid Steelers and Pirates fan. He especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing hockey and soccer. He also enjoyed his 25 years working at ANSYS, Inc. at Southpointe until his retirement. He was proud to have been a long time PIAA Football Official and had been very active in CIT baseball and Crafton Celebrates. Jerry will be dearly missed by his family, many friends and colleagues. Friends and relatives received Thursday & Friday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 165 Noble Ave., Crafton where a funeral celebrating Jerry's Life will be held Saturday 10:00 am.
