TAMILIA, JOSEPH L.Age 90, of Ingram, PA, died peacefully on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was the son of the late Louis and Catherine Tamilia. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Rose Marie; his loving children, Joseph (Donna) Tamilia, Randy (Marie) Tamilia, Catherine (Ed) Fiola, Wendy (John) Wisniewski, and Christopher (Linda Tamilia; his adoring grandchildren, Adam Tamilia, Geena and Randal Tamilia, Shawn (Janice) Fiola, Darin Fiola, Carrie (Steven) Milligan, and Brittany Tamilia and great-grandchildren Ava Milligan and Braxton Fiola; brothers, the Honorable Patrick (Betty), Ronald (Bernadette) and the late John "Jack" (surviving Anna Mae) and Gerald "Jerry" Tamilia; sisters Jean (Elder) DePaul, and Lorraine (Lester) Hudson; sister-in-law Grace Tamilia; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joe was a World War II veteran and served with U.S. Army Air Corps. He was a retired local carpenter from Wyatt Corporation.Friends and relatives will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2015 at the SCHEPNER-MC DERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 165 Noble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. A Mass of Christian will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Philip Catholic Church, 50 West Crafton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery with full Military Honors.
