Anita Faye (Weber) Dixon

Anita Faye (Weber) Dixon, age 66, of Moon Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 15, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Peter Dixon.  Mother of Kevin (Alyssa) and the late Daniel (surviving spouse Lindsey) Dixon; cherished grandmother of Lexie (Josh), Kristopher, Keira, Karter, and Kooper; great-grandmother of Aidan; daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (Jarboe) Weber; sister of the late Belinda Weber.  Anita was an avid animal lover, bingo connoisseur, and enjoyed Disney.  She also enjoyed her 36 years as a school bus driver.  She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.  As per Anita’s wishes there is no viewing.  A Celebration of Anita’s Life will be held Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 11 AM at Settlers Cabin Chippewa, 608 Ridge Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.  The family is asking everyone to wear purple.  Donations in Anita’s memory may be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 or (www.thinkingoutsidethecage.org).  Arrangements entrusted to SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton.
