Ann C. (Black) Lovell

Ann C. "Gaga" Lovell, age 75, of Crafton, passed away peacefully with her husband and sons by her side on Monday, May 30, 2023, from a brief illness.  Beloved wife of 54 years to Roy R. Lovell, Sr.  Loving mom of Roy (Karen Tarullo) Lovell Jr., Brian Lovell, Fred (Candace) Lovell, and the late Colleen Lovell.  Amazingly loving Gaga to Owen, Collin, and Frankie Lovell; daughter of the late Alfred and Alice Black; loving sister of Alfred “Bud” (Bernadette) Black, the  late Alice Jane (Emil) Memmo, and Patricia (George) Johnston; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  Ann graduated from Bishop Canevin Catholic High School.  She spent many years as a legal secretary where she retired from H.J. Heinz Company.  She absolutely loved her summers spent with family at Conneaut Lake and of recently as a snowbird in Florida with her girls from Bear Creek Park.  Ann was considered a neighborhood mom by many and will certainly be missed by all.  Relatives and friends received Thursday 6-8 PM and Friday 1-3 & 6-8 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton.  Funeral prayer Saturday 11:30 AM at the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12 PM in St. Philip Catholic Church, 50 W.
