Carrrie Jane (Givens) Minor

At the age of 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her Sheridan home, formerly of Broadhead Manor, on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Beloved mother of Vivian (Richard) Smith, William Minor, Michael (Vickie) Givens, Jeffrey Givens, Pamela Givens, Anthony Minor, Teresa "Terri" (Quintel) Spencer, and the late Jeronica and Toni Minor. Dear grandmother of Marlisa, Robbie, Shamika, Anthony "Peanut", Patrick "Linus", Teresa "Jean", and Destiny. Sister of Millard, Roger, Emily, Rosetta, Dallas, Pat and Roberta. Also numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Carrie was a bank teller in Pittsburgh for over 25 years until leaving and becoming a housekeeper for the Gonzales and Gumberg families, where she worked for over 30 years until retiring. Carrie was the matriarch of her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a faithful and proud Jehovah's Witness. (Tell people you love them while they are still here.)
