Charles E. Heck Jr., 68 died unexpectedly February 2, 2023 at home. He was born February 28, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland. Preceded in death by his parents Charles E. and Jean L. (Lloyd) Heck. He is survived by loving daughter Natalie, sister Andrea and nephews Brent, Blake and Cole. In addition to family, he is survived by his loving partner Paula. A private memorial service for family will be held in Elkins, WVa.
