Daryl Thurston, age 62, of Erie passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, after a short illness. Beloved son of Rubbie and the late Mary Thurston. Father of Shaunel Thurston; grandfather of Trinity and Trenton; brother of Dirk, Ruby, Margie, Jeffrey, Pamela, and Nicole; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Daryl was a free spirit and lived his life his way and a phenomenal uncle. He enjoyed fishing and was jokester. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 12 - 1 PM at Second Baptist Church, 757 E. 26th Street, Erie, PA 16504 where a Memorial Service celebrating his life will follow at 1 PM.
