Dorothy M (Kasper) Dugan

Dorothy, age 91, formerly a longtime Sheraden resident passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Wife of the late Thomas J. Dugan (longtime former city firefighter). Beloved mother of Jeanne (late John) Lyon, James (Susan) Dugan and Donna (Jim) Stine. Seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Sister of Ray (Joy) Kasper and the late Larry Kasper, Clara Snyder and Audrey Flowers. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Dorothy worked in the accounting department and was a former longtime employee for the Child's Corporation. Her favorite pastimes included Bowling and Bingo. Per Dorothy's wishes, NO VIEWING. Family and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, September 7th, at 11:30 a.m. in Ascension Worship Site of St. Philip Parish, 115 Berry Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 where Dorothy was an active founding member.
