Eugene Szymborski

Age 96, of Crafton, formerly Stowe Twp. Beloved husband of 72 years to Ruth (Lamberson) Szymborski. Father of Eugene (Beth) and Robert (Diane) Szymborski. Pap of Pamela and Lauren. Brother of Leona Surdyn and the late Edward Szymborski. Also survived by six great-grandchildren nieces and nephews. Gene was a World War 2 Veteran with the US Army. He was also a former employee of Pittsburgh Coke and Chemical for over 42 years. Gene’s life was always family first. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

As per Gene’s wishes, there will be no viewing. Family and friends are invited to the mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Friday in St. Philip Catholic Church. Arrangements by SCHEPNER-MCDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton. Burial will be in Chartiers Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
