Howard D. Dawson

Howard D. Dawson, Age 82 of Crafton, died unexpectedly on Tuesday July 13, 2021. Husband of the late Gloria (Samansky) Dawson; beloved father of Michael (Lori) Dawson; grandfather of Arron Dawson; father of Susan Holko, David and the late Walter Dawson; also survived by nieces and nephews. Howard was a former employee of Harmony Dairy for over 20 years; then became a conductor for CSX Railroad for over 30 years. He loved his Florida home, traveling; and his passion was reading over a book a day. Family and friends will be received Friday July 16th, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the SCHEPNER-MCDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton where the funeral service will be held Saturday July 17th at 11:00 a.m.
