Age 84, formerly of Sheraden, went to meet the Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2020. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late John; devoted mother to David (Darlene) Anselm, Beth (Shawn) Swaney, Jill (Michael) Mozick, Shawn (Emily) Anselm; Gigi/Grandma to Brian Anselm, Miranda Mozick, Josh (Katherine) Anselm, Autumn Mozick, Sydnee Mozick, Turner Anselm, Raven Mozick, Trinity Anselm, Maslen Anselm, Cooper Anselm, Cross Swaney, and the late Pauline Mozick; sister of Jim (Jennifer) Caldwell, sister-in-law of Judy Caldwell; sister of the late Kathy (Chuck) Hammel, Bud Caldwell. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Jan served as a Eucharistic Minister at the former Holy Innocents parish along with being a regular volunteer at the church and school. A bowling enthusiast she played constantly up until a few years ago. She loved being with her family, attending her grandchildren's many sporting events, playing cards and bunco, and traveling with friends and her husband. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
