Johnathan "Johnny" Kerns

Johnathan C. "Johnny" Kerns, age 31, of Sheraden, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.  Beloved son of Jessica Kerns and Ronald (Stephanie) Ventura. Brother of Tony, Ayanna, and Zach; grandson of James (Diane) Kerns and Bob (the late Linda) Ventura; also survived by numerous cousins.  Johnny worked for Giant Eagle for over 12 years and co-hosted a podcast Armbar Audio with his best friend Tim Farley.  He was a wrestling fanatic and enjoyed the Japanese Anime cartoons.  He also was a fundraiser for Extra Life United.  Johnny will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Relatives and friends received Monday 6-8 PM and Tuesday 1-3 & 6-8 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton.  Funeral prayer Wednesday 9:15 AM at the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Philip Catholic Church, 50 W.
