Age 65, of East Butler, formerly of Windgap, on Friday, May 15, 2020. Beloved husband of Tina (Vinci) Franciscus; father of the late Thomas Weigner; dear grandfather of Tavion Laban, Darrien Tate, Domenic and Nico Weigner; son-in-law of Domenica and the late Joseph Vinci; brother of Edward Franciscus, Janice Farlow and the late Regis Franciscus. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Joe was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War and was formerly employed in the Oakland VA Hospital. He was a graduate of St. Francis de Sales and St. Fidelis Seminary in Herman, PA. Visitation TUESDAY ONLY 3-7 p.m at the SCHEPNER-MCDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 165 Noble Ave., Crafton 15205.
