Lester Hudson, age 86, of Naples, FL, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Beloved husband of Lorraine Hudson. Father of Reba (Danny) Beasley of Deer Park, TX; step-father of James McIntosh, Renee Gallaway, and the late Brad McIntosh; grandfather of Heather, Kyle, Amanda, Holly, Megan, Brandon, Dane, Michaela, Shaina, Michelle, and the late Nicholas; son of the late Bud and Mae Hudson of DeQuincy, LA; brother of Dale (Theresa) Hudson of Mesa, AZ,, Earl (Betty) Hudson of DeQuincy, LA, the late Conrad (Liz) Hudson of Devil's Pocket, TX, Edwena (the late H. Quinton) Cole of DeQuincy, LA and Hallie Cooley. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren. Lester served in the US Air Force and was retired from the US Postal Service. He liked country music and Creedance Clearwater Revival. He enjoyed fishing, dancing and had a mischievous sense of humor. He was very kind and generous. Relatives and friends received Friday, April 7, 2023, from 10 AM until time of the Blessing Service at 1 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Pittsburgh (Crafton) PA 15205. Interment in Chartiers Cemetery with military honors.
