Loretta (Czopek) Hrubovcak

Age 66, of Ingram, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, July 6, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Guy Martin Hrubovcak and longtime companion of Dan Duffy.  Loving mother of Autumn (Thomas) Gollob, Brandi (Mark) McElroy and Ange Greene; cherished grandmother of Dakota Crivella and Thomas Gollob; daughter of the late Edward and Clara (Giger) Czopek; sister of Paul (Joanne) Czopek, Louise Friel, and the late Elaine McDougal.  She is also survived by her faithful dog Angel.   Lorie enjoyed attending the Carnegie American Legion Post 82, especially when she was dancing the night away on Wednesday evenings and when the weather was nice, she enjoyed a nice long ride in Dan’s convertible.  Not only will her grandchildren miss the daily calls to tell them a funny joke, but her friends and family will miss the early morning birthday wake up calls where she would sing Happy Birthday (the extended version).  Most of all, we will all miss her smile and constant laughter.  A celebration of Lorie’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 10:30 AM until time of service at 1:30 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton. Interment to follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
