Patricia Ann "Trish" O'Connor

Patricia (Trish) Ann O’Connor, age 64, passed away surrounded by her favorite people on November 17, 2021. Daughter of the late Emma (Kupecz) and Patrick O’Connor, Trish graduated from South High in 1975. She then went on to earn a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1979, and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1982. She enjoyed a successful career as an attorney until retiring in 2018.   She is survived by her daughter Emily Schneider, to whom she devoted her life. Also survived by sister Julie (Tom) Bart, brother John O’Connor, and sister Bernadette (Joseph) Calabro. Loved by nieces and nephews Joey, Helen, Patrick, and Samantha. She will also be dearly missed by her cat, Penny.   Trish was happiest spending time with her daughter. Together they poured the perfect pint of Guinness in Dublin, saw the Eiffel Tower at night in Paris, watched Notre Dame football, and shared endless jokes and glasses of wine.  Trish will be remembered as the most perfect and loving mother. She will be remembered as a loyal and loving sister. She will be remembered as a funny, quick-witted friend. She will be remembered and loved forever.  Relatives and friends received Sunday 2-6 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.  Funeral Prayer Monday 9 AM at the funeral home followed by a  Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St Philip Catholic Church, 50 W. Crafton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
