Sandra "Sandy" (Dingledine) Domenick-Fagerstrom

Sandra “Sandy” Domenick-Fagerstrom, age 76, of Crafton passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 6, 2023. She was born September 25, 1946, in Kittanning, PA. She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah Dingledine.  Wife of Gary Fagerstrom, loving mother of Danelle Major, proud grandmother of Cody (Madison) Major, Nastasya Baxter, and Christian Palochik, sister of Vicki McGaughey, aunt of Shawn McGaughey and Christy McGaughey   Sandy was preceded in death by husbands Bernard Major and David Domenick.  Sandy had a passion for animals, plants, and flowers.  She loved her soap opera, ceramics, and Elvis.  She was an Avon salesperson for many years and was a talented beautician. She enjoyed spending time with her family above all else and will be greatly missed by her family.  Relatives and friends received Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 1-3 & 6-8 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Pittsburgh (Crafton) PA 15205.  Funeral Service Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 11 AM. Interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date.  In Lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations be made to your local animal shelter.
