Stanley F. Michaels
Age 96, peacefully in his Thornburg home with family by his side on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Husband of the late Norma (Milich) Michaels; beloved and devoted father of Dr. Theresa “Terry” Michaels, Debby (Daniel) Milliron and Matt (Julianne) Michaels; grandfather of Jennifer Kuhns, Ben (Monica), Sarah and Rebecca Milliron, Andrea Michaels; great-granddad of Aly, Brendan, Abby, Lexie and Anna. Great-great-greatdad to Audrina and James; brother of the late Helen Janos, Bertha Rousse and Patricia Long; also survived by nieces and nephews. Stan was a World War II Army Air Force Veteran. He received his Master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and was an engineer with J & L Steel for over 30 years. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. Visitation is private due to the current health crisis. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Stanley's name to St. Philip Catholic Church, 114 Berry St., Pgh, PA 15205.
