Age 66, Passed away at her Elliott home, on Saturday June 19, 2021. Beloved wife of 45 years to Augusta Kyles.  Loving mother of Alphonso Price, Eric, Torrey and Aukeshia Kyles; also five grand children and six great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Brenda Gilliam, Linda, Thomas, James, Jackie, Annette and Larry Steals, the late Shirley McIntyre, Charmaine and Michael Steals. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Val was a former employee at of the Days Inn at the Robinson Township Inn as a desk clerk. for over 15 years. Before going to Magee Hospital where she worked as a Cancer Clinical Specialist 3, until retiring after 15 years, then following her calling, as a dedicated member of the Way of Truth Ministries in West End. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Visitation FRIDAY ONLY 4 to 8 p.m. at the Schepner-McDermott Funeral Home, Inc. 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton where the Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.  If not vaccinated Facial covering requested per CDC requirements.
