William Jay "Roach" Cochran

William Jay "Roach" Cochran, age 71, of Wellsburg, WV, formerly of Crafton Heights, unexpectedly of Saturday, November 27, 2021, surrounded by his family.  Beloved husband of 51 years to Sandra (Santavicca) Cochran.  Loving father of Heather (Paul) Petruskie and April (Michael) Panzino; dear grandfather of Carley, Bailey, Gillian, Addison, and Jeonni; son of the late William and Shirley Cochran; brother of Ruth (Nick) Oehm and the late Dennis Cochran; also survived by nieces and nephews and his dog Max and cat Smokie.  William served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired Water Treatment Operator for the City of Pittsburgh.  He enjoyed motorcycles, camping, guns, the outdoors and driving his Corvette.  Relatives and friends received Thursday 6-8 PM & Friday 2-4 & 6-& 7:30 PM at which time a service will be held at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC, 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton.  Burial will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM with full military honors. (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON TUESDAY AT 10:00 AM).
